Aspendale Gardens Shopping Centre
A privately owned shopping centre located south of Wells Road on Narelle Drive. The shopping centre sits within a newly established residential village and is set to take advantage of the population growth of the area. The shopping village is a medium sized clean and friendly centre with nice surrounds and a varied array of shops including Ritchies supermarket, giftware, real estate, service providers and food retailers.
Aspendale Shopping Centre
Aspendale shopping village is located on Nepean Highway and Laura Street in Aspendale. The shopping village is separated by Nepean Highway and the rail line. The village consists of a mix of retail traders catering primarily to residential needs and traveller/traffic needs.
Bonbeach Shopping Centre
Bonbeach shopping village is a small, intimate village located along Nepean Highway in Bonbeach. Traders primarily cater to local residential and traffic needs with a Pizza house, milk bar, liquor store, painter and locksmith located within the strip.
Carrum Shopping Centre
Carrum shopping village is located on Nepean Highway, Station Street and McLeod Road. The village is separated by Nepean Highway and the Rail line. It is a small commercial centre with a mix of retail and business services. Despite it’s smaller size, it remains a busy and active shopping village also catering to travellers needs.
Chelsea Heights Shopping Centre
Chelsea Heights shopping centre is located along Thames Promenade, south of Edithvale Road and the Wetlands. It is a small village catering primarily to residential needs with an anchor store IGA and a newsagent, restaurant and video store.
Chelsea Shopping Centre
Chelsea shopping village is characterised by its long stretch of retail/commercial service providers. It is located south of Mordialloc creek, opposite Chelsea rail station. It is a significant retail centre anchored by two supermarkets. Chelsea is a busy and developing centre with a wide range of retailers, restaurants, cafés and service providers.
Cheltenham Shopping Centre
Cheltenham Shopping centre is located along Charman Road and is a large, busy and vibrant centre. Cheltenham is well serviced by train and bus and has access on alternate sides to Nepean Highway. Cheltenham caters to varied service and residential and shopping needs and has a good mix of businesses within the centre making it an attractive strip shopping area.
Clarinda Shopping Centre
Clarinda shopping centre is located on Bourke Road, west of Clayton Road. It caters to a multicultural residential area. It consists of anchor store Safeway and associated retail traders including takeaway, food, deli. It is centrally located within the suburb with ample parking and a busy and clean presentation.
Dingley Shopping Centre
Dingley Village shopping centre is a small residential based centre with a good array of shops backing onto the Safeway on the main road. The centre is located at the corner of Centre Dandenong and Marcus Roads and has a busy community feel. It sits within a well-established residential area and caters to both residential, business and community needs with a Bendigo bank, Post office, food retailers and personal services.
Direct Factory Outlets
This huge factory outlet shopping centre is located along both Grange and Centre Dandenong Roads Cheltenham East - adjacent to Moorabbin Airport. With a significant level of stores inside the complex, it caters to a variety of needs including clothing, garden centre and furniture.
Edithvale Shopping Centre
Edithvale is a small shopping strip located along Nepean Highway at the southern end of Springvale Road. Edithvale is characterised as a line of shops opposite Edithvale station. It is a very popular summer destination for all, including residents and tourists and caters well to this need. All year round Edithvale caters to largely residential needs with a good mix of food and commercial businesses.
Highett Shopping Centre
This shopping strip is located along Highett Road, west of Nepean Highway. Highett is a busy community area boasting a train station, civic space, library and ample parking. Access to the centre is easy given it's connection to several transport forms. The shopping centre caters to residential shopping needs and service provision.
Homemaker Centre
One of Kingston's newest shopping centres, the homemaker centre is located along Nepean Highway just south of Moorabbin Station. It has good access and ample parking and boasts large bulk stores Spotlight, Guests, Fortywinks, Berkowitz, Natuzzi and OzDesign.
Mentone Shopping Centre
Mentone shopping centre is a busy and dynamic village atmosphere with a strong civic focus. Mentone is located along Balcombe and Mentone Parades and adjacent streets and is at the heart of the Mentone rail station and bus terminal. The shopping village is easily accessible by Nepean Highway, Warrigal Road and Beach Road. Mentone has a significant commercial and industrial area with a large range of businesses and service providers. It also caters to speciality school needs. The village is surrounded by several schools and has a dynamic presence all week into the weekend.
Mordialloc Shopping Centre
Mordialloc shopping village is located on both sides of Nepean Highway at the Southern end of Beach Road. Mordialloc is a thriving, busy village in a café and tourist atmosphere. Mordialloc is home to the Fine Food and Wine Festival by the Foreshore and has a proud focus on street life and community. Throughout the year, Mordialloc caters to personal, primary and secondary needs with a significant commercial and business focus. They are located on Mordialloc creek and cater to the associated needs of tourism and residential requirements. There is a large industrial area located in Braeside adjacent to the shopping village. Moorabbin Shopping Centre
Moorabbin shopping centre is located East of Nepean Highway and South of South Road. In the heart of the shopping precinct is a rail and bus terminal. Moorabbin caters primarily to service provision with retailers catering to the high business demand with cafés and eateries. Safeway is a large anchor store with other associated food stores nearby. Given its location, the shopping centre is a busy and thriving area during the week.
Oakleigh South - Centre Road Shopping Centre
Centre Road shopping village has two distinct strip centres along its length. One centre is at the corner west of Clayton Road flowing down to residential development. It comprises of a varied amount of medical service provision including several Pharmacies and also caters to residential and business needs housing multicultural food retailers, restaurants, Sri Lankan travel agency and money exchange, personal services and laundrette and other retail premises. It is a busy centre for foot and car traffic and is easily accessible by Centre Road.
The other shopping strip is located further west down Centre Road, near Melaleuca Drive. This shopping strip includes food retailers and restaurants, auto accessories, personal services and catering to residential needs including milk bar, pharmacy and naturopathy clinic. Again this centre is well placed in multicultural residential environment and caters to this need.

Oakleigh South Shopping Centre
This shopping centre is located at the corner of Warrigal and Centre Roads (South of Centre Road and East of Warrigal Road) and is part of a larger service area on this busy intersection. The shopping village comprises of a small range of stores from music related retailers to a caryard and other small retailers. It is well placed to offer wide visual appeal and attraction at this busy intersection. |

Parkdale Plaza Shopping Centre
Parkdale Plaza is located adjacent to the corner of Nepean Highway and White Street in Parkdale, bordering Mordialloc. It is a large complex comprising larger warehouse style outlets selling manufactured and home goods with some service providers also located within the complex.
Parkdale Shopping Centre
Parkdale shopping village is a quiet, thriving village in the heart of Parkdale by the Bay. It is located along Como Parade West and Como Parade East. The village is close to rail and bus terminals and caters to a busy residential and business neighbourhood with primary, secondary and speciality stores and service provision. It is a lovely spot to shop and eat.
Patterson Lakes Shopping Centre
Harbour Plaza is located at the corner of Thompson Road and Gladesville Boulevard, south of Patterson River in Patterson Lakes. It is a large complex providing for varied residential and tourist needs. It comprises an anchor store Safeway and several restaurants, personal care and secondary needs and also services the nearby marina with specialised stores. Rosebank Avenue Shopping Centre
Westall shopping centre is located on Rosebank Avenue, south of Centre Road and off Main Street. Westall comprises of a good mix of retailers including liquor cellars, cyber café, hair and beauty, Pharmacy, computer shops, Medical Centre and take away food. This is one of it's main strengths given the close proximity to industrial areas it services many workers for lunch and dinner and also the after school crowd from the high school next door. It is a busy area catering to both industrial and multicultural residential needs.
Thrift Park Shopping Centre
This is a private shopping centre in a thriving local community located at the corner of Lower Dandenong Road and Nepean Highway, Mentone. A new Woolworths anchor store, speciality stores and convenience stores, including Post Office, opened in December 2010. The Centre caters for all residential consumer needs, with ample parking available.
Warren Village Shopping Centre
Warren Village is located on Warren Road Parkdale, north of White Street and close to Parkdale Secondary College. It is a small, vibrant and busy village centre catering to residential needs. It provides basic services and food provision with some business providers also present.
Westfield Southland Shopping Centre
Southland is a significant feature of Kingston's Shopping experience. It flanks Karen Street, Nepean Highway and Chesterville Road. Southland has a retail floor space of approx. 108,000 square meters. Southland is a freestanding undercover shopping centre consisting of over 400 retailers; the centre has multiple supermarkets, large-scale retail tenants,cinemas and a significant level of smaller retail tenants and service providers
